This document describes the terms and conditions of sale that apply to any item purchased from AILE through the website www.aile.es, and the customer accepts them by confirming their order. AILE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

ORDERS
When placing an order through the website, the customer must provide the required personal data, such as the shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
AILE may refuse or cancel an order if there is an unresolved dispute regarding payment for a previous order, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the customer has not complied with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. After placing an order, the customer will receive an email with the order reference number assigned by AILE, confirming that the order has been received.
USE OF OUR PLATFORMS
By using our platforms and placing orders through them, you agree to:
Use our platforms only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If a fraudulent order is detected, it will be canceled and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Provide us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately so we can contact you if necessary to complete your order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. Only items displaying the “Add to cart” button are available for sale through the website. If a product is not available, the customer may contact customer service at aile.managment@gmail.com for information about product availability.
PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices shown on the product pages include VAT and do not include shipping costs or other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in euros. The applicable shipping costs and VAT will be specified before the customer is asked to confirm the order, and these details will also appear in the Order Confirmation.
By clicking “Authorize Payment,” you confirm that the credit card belongs to you. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If payment is not authorized, the order cannot be completed and you will be informed accordingly.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are specified in the Shipping Policy section, which is also available on the website.
PAYMENT METHODS
AILE accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Klarna, the interest-free installment payment platform, is also available.
SHIPPING POLICY
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, errors arising from the computer system, the shipping carrier, or insufficient information provided by you for delivery, we will ship your order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the timeframe indicated on the website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Delivery times may be subject to delays in extraordinary situations such as transportation strikes or adverse weather conditions.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. Please note that shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation and, once collected by the carrier, usually take 2 to 5 days to reach their destination.

Shipping within mainland Spain is free regardless of the order amount. For the Canary Islands, the rates specified at checkout will apply.

Shipping to the rest of the world it's free too but the customer must pay customs charges if they apply in their country.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from the purchased items within 15 calendar days without providing any reason.
To request a return, you must send an email to aile.managment@gmail.com with the subject line “Return + Order Number”, specifying which products you wish to return.
By law, the following items cannot be returned: sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.).
All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original state, with tags attached, unused, unaltered, in the original box or packaging, and not washed.
We offer two return options:
Managed by AILE (Domestic Orders – Spain)
We handle the return for you at a cost of €5.20 for domestic orders. To do so:
Contact us by email at aile.managment@gmail.com, providing your order details (order number, customer name, and the email or phone number used for the order) and indicating which products you wish to return.
Print your order invoice and include it inside the package.
Place the items in the same box in which they were delivered, remove the previous shipping label, seal the package properly, and make sure the original product box is well protected.
AILE will generate a return code and send it to you. You must take this code to a GLS office to drop off the package.
Once the package reaches our warehouse, we will refund the product amount minus €5.20 for return shipping costs.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take 24 to 72 hours to be processed.
Managed by the Customer (Domestic and International Orders)
For international returns, or if you prefer to arrange the return yourself for domestic orders:
Contact us by email at aile.managment@gmail.com with your order details and the products to be returned.
Print and include your order invoice in the package.
Pack the items in the original box, remove the previous label, and secure the package.
Send the package at your own expense using the carrier of your choice. The box must include your return address and the following shipping address:

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
AILE guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, address, payment, and any other data provided by customers in accordance with the Data Protection Policy available on the website. All information provided must be true and accurate.
PRIVACY POLICY
At AILE, we process the information you provide in order to deliver the requested service and issue invoices. The data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the period required by law. Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection, and limitation of processing by contacting aile.managment@gmail.com and providing a copy of your ID. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The user acknowledges that all copyrights, designs, photographs, image rights, graphics, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the content provided on the platform belong to AILE or to the licensors who have granted us the right to use them.
