Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the purchased items within a period of 15 calendar days without the need for justification.
To proceed with the return you must send an email to aile.managment@gmail.com with the subject "Return + Order Number" and specifying which products you wish to return.
The following products cannot be returned by legal requirement: sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and that ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURN for health or hygiene reasons (swimsuits, bodysuits, costume jewellery, sunglasses, etc.).
It is essential to return items in perfect condition and in their original state. With tags, unused or altered, with the original box or packaging and unwashed.
We have two options for returning orders:
Managed by AILE (National Orders)
We will handle this for you at a cost of €6.20 for national orders. To do so, you must follow the instructions below:
Please contact us by email (aile.managment@gmail.com) providing us with the order information (order number, user name, email or phone number with which the order was placed) indicating the products you wish to return.
Print the invoice for your order, which must be included inside the box where you send the return.
Place the items to be returned in the same box in which they arrived. Remove the label from the previous shipment, seal it well and make sure that the original box of the product is protected and packaged properly, so that it is not damaged in transit.
At AILE we generate a return code that we will send you. This code will be the one you will have to take to a GLS office to deliver the package and be able to send the product.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the product, deducting the return value of €6.20 corresponding to shipping costs.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase. It may take 24 to 72 hours to process the refund.
Managed by the client (National and International Orders)
For international returns you must follow the steps below. Likewise, if you wish to make a return for national orders, you must follow the following instructions:

Privacy Policy
At AILE we process the information you provide us with in order to provide you with the requested service and to invoice you. The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations and meet any potential liabilities that may arise from compliance with the purpose for which the data was collected. The user acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, designs, photographs including all image rights, graphics, trademarks and all other content and intellectual rights on the materials or content provided on the platform belong to us or to those who granted us the license for their use.
Terms of Service
General
This document describes the conditions of sale that will apply to any item purchased from AILE through the website: www.aile.es and the customer accepts them when confirming his order. AILE reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Sale whenever it deems appropriate.

Orders
If an order is placed through the website, the customer must provide the personal data specified, such as delivery address, billing address and information on the payment method.
AILE may refuse or cancel a customer's order if there is an unresolved dispute over payment for a previous order or if the customer is suspected of fraudulent activity or, where applicable, of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. After placing an order through the website, the customer will receive an email with the order reference number assigned by AILE, confirming that the order has been received.
Using our platforms
By using our Platforms and placing orders through them, you agree to:
- Use our platforms exclusively to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
- Do not place any false or fraudulent orders. If a false or fraudulent order is deemed to have been placed, it will be cancelled and the relevant authorities will be informed.
- Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact information in a truthful and accurate manner. We may use this information to contact you if necessary to complete the order.

Prices, taxes and shipping costs
All prices shown on the Product pages included on the Website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Prices are given in Euros. Actual delivery charges and applicable VAT will be specified in the order before the customer is asked to confirm their order, and these details will also appear in the Order Confirmation.
By clicking on " Authorize Payment" You are confirming that the credit card is yours. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorisation by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorise payment, we will not be able to process the order and you will be informed accordingly.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are specified in the section “Shipping Policy” which appears below and is also available in a specific section on the website itself.
Payment methods
AILE accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. It also accepts Klarna, the interest-free payment platform.
Shipping Policy
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or errors arising from the computer system, the transport company or lack of information provided by you for shipping, we will send you the order consisting of the product/s related in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the Order Confirmation . Please note that shipping times may be subject to delays in extraordinary cases (transport strike, inclement weather, etc.).
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note, in any case, that shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. It is also worth noting that orders are dispatched within 24/48 hours after confirmation (which is the order preparation time) and, once collected by the transport company, take between 2-5 days to reach their destination.
- Shipments to Spain (mainland) will be free of charge regardless of the purchase amount and will be managed by GLS or Correos Express. For the Canary Islands, the rates specified when placing the order will apply.
- Shipping to the rest of the EU will be free for purchases over €200. For orders under €200, the rates specified when placing the order will apply.
Return and Refund Policy
