Shipping policy

Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, errors arising from the computer system, the shipping carrier, or insufficient information provided by you for delivery, we will ship your order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the timeframe indicated on the website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays in extraordinary situations such as transportation strikes or adverse weather conditions.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you accordingly and offer you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. Please note that shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation (order preparation time) and, once collected by the shipping carrier, typically take 2 to 5 days to reach their destination.

- Shipping within mainland Spain is completely free, regardless of the purchase amount. For the Canary Islands, the rates specified at checkout will apply.

-Shipping to the rest of the EU and the United States is free, but the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and duties, such as those in the U.S. These typically range from $20-25$.
