You have the right to withdraw from the purchased items within 15 calendar days without providing any reason.

To request a return, you must send an email to aile.managment@gmail.com with the subject line “Return + Order Number”, specifying which products you wish to return.

By law, the following items are not eligible for return: sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.).

Items marked as “PRE-ORDER” cannot be returned, as they are made-to-order. Size exchanges or returns due to defects are permitted. In the event of a return, a store credit for use on the website will be issued.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original state: with tags attached, unused, unaltered, in the original box or packaging, and not washed.

We offer two return options:

Managed by AILE (Domestic Orders – Spain)

We handle the return for you at a cost of €6.50 for domestic orders. To do so, follow these steps:

Contact us by email at aile.managment@gmail.com providing your order information (order number, customer name, email address or phone number used for the order) and specifying which products you wish to return.

Print your order invoice and include it inside the package.

Place the items to be returned in the same box in which they were delivered. Remove the previous shipping label, seal the package properly, and make sure the original product box is well protected and securely packed to prevent damage during transport.

AILE will generate a return code and send it to you. You must take this code to a GLS office in order to drop off the package and ship the return.

Once the package reaches our warehouse, we will refund the product amount minus €6.50 to cover the return shipping costs.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take 24 to 72 hours to process after it has been initiated.

Managed by the Customer (Domestic and International Orders)

For international returns, or if you prefer to arrange the return yourself for domestic orders, please follow these steps:

Send the package. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who may choose any carrier. The outside of the box must include your return address and the shipping address below:
